Our Story
Rudi Suminski and Andy Bartley met at Oregon State University during their undergraduate studies. After graduation Rudi began his career in the real estate industry developing new construction while Andy pursued a career as an engineer in the medical device industry. As luck would have it, they would reconnect years later in San Francisco where they would see firsthand the growth of some of today's most iconic technology companies. This started an entrepreneurial journey for both of them that resulted in the formation of several new companies in the property restoration, consumer apparel, beauty, healthcare, and technology industries.
Rudi and Andy saw an opportunity to bring their entrepreneurial experience and high-growth mindset to real estate investing, and in 2018 Omni Pacific Real Estate was formed. The company is built on a foundation of the latest technology, an unmatched work ethic, and unwavering integrity. Our integrated approach comes from years of hearing what today's consumer really wants - full solutions, not piecemeal offerings. We do the hard work of bringing the pieces together, so our clients can enjoy a seamless experience.

Rudi Suminski
During his junior year studying civil engineering Rudi discovered construction and real estate was his true calling and never looked back. For the past 20 years, Rudi has proved himself to be a results-driven leader with extensive experience in development, construction, property restoration, and sales. He started hands-on in the field and worked through the construction ranks where most recently he started and managed the Consulting Services division for American Technologies, Inc., managing construction expert staff and work across the US and Canada.
Rudi also enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and traveling with his wife and dogs.

Andy Bartley, MBA
Andy is an engineer by training and an entrepreneur at heart. He blends his analytical thinking with a passion for delivering exceptional service to his clients. Andy is a true believer in the ability of real estate to grow wealth. He's driven every day to put real estate to work for others so that they can enrich their lives. Prior to forming Omni Pacific Andy has been an executive and operator at several technology companies based in Silicon Valley and Oregon.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time with his growing family, trail running, surfing, and travelling.
